Exchange Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • The original invoice must be included.
  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges depend on the availability of stock at the time of request.

Courier & Shipping Costs

For online exchanges, customers are responsible for covering two-way courier charges (sending and receiving).

Refund Policy

Please note that cash refunds are not available. Instead, we’ll happily exchange your item for another product of your choice.

Order Cancellations

In rare cases, Zarmast may cancel orders due to:

  • Products being out of stock.
  • Pricing discrepancies or technical errors.
  • Payment issues (declined credit/debit cards).
  • Customers not answering or confirming orders via customer care calls.
